- No smoking is permitted in our facility.
- Complimentary coffee and tea services are available in our reception area.
- Gratuities are not included unless otherwise stated.
- Clients with spa appointments should arrive 20 minutes prior to services. Locker, robes and slippers are provided in the spa.
- All major credit cards accepted.
- Corporate accounts welcome. Contact our Spa Director for details.
- Spa Packages and multiple spa services require a 50% deposit when booking appointments.
- Spa cancellations must be made 48 hours before service time or a 50% charge will be applied.
- Retail products and special orders can be mailed for your convenience.
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
- We recommend that childcare arrangements be made for the comfort of our other clients receiving service. If arrangements can not be made, an adult must supervise children.
- Gift Cards are non-refundable. They may be transferred to another person.
- There is a $25 Service Charge for returned checks.
