Arrival

Please Arrive 30 minutes prior to your first treatment, allowing ample time to check-in, fill out a brief client information form and prepare for your treatment. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. We invite you to relax in our tranquil room before and after your spa treatments.

Late Policy

Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more will be charged as full services.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy, a minimum 24 hour notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. A 48 hour notice is required for two or more spa services. 72 hour notice is required for parties of two or more.Late cancellations will be charged 50% of service value. All no-shows will be charged at full value.

Gratuity

We proudly recruit and train our staff to be the most qualified spa professionals in the industry. Our recommended standard gratuity for spa treatments is 17-20%. Gratuities are not included with individual treatment prices, however, for your convenience, our standard spa packages do include gratuities.

  • Please notify our Client Service Representatives before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure or allergies; especially seafood allergies. Please advise of other health issues you may have, or if you are pregnant. Some health concerns may require a doctor’s clearance before a service can be performed. Booking an appointment with a specific therapist can be made for you if you ask for the therapist by name.
  • Spa guests must be 12 years of age or older. We are unable to provide services to guests accompanied by children.
  • As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation. Cell phones and pagers are not permitted in the spa.
  • Lockers are provided for our guests. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please leave valuables at home.
  • Wedding & baby showers, birthday parties,corporate outings and fundraisers are welcomed. Please call us for arrangements.
  • We recommend that you prebook your next appointment before you leave the facility to ensure that your desired time is obtained.
  • Packages can be individually customized.
